This document sets out all the conditions that apply to opening an account on the www crickex platform, using betting and casino services, making financial transactions, and claiming promotional offers. Please read it in full before using any service.

General Provisions
1.1 Scope of Agreement

www crickex reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continuing to use the service after any change means you accept the revised Terms.
Account Registration and Verification
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account on www crickex, you must provide a valid mobile number, a working email address, and accurate personal details. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
If financial transactions exceed a specified limit, or if the platform considers it necessary, you may be asked to submit identity documents (National ID card, passport, or driving licence). Withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and OTP — confidential. www crickex will not be liable for any loss arising from a third party using your details. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the support centre immediately.
2.4 Account Suspension and Closure
www crickex reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for investigation, particularly in cases of fraud, bonus abuse, operating multiple accounts, or any other breach of these Terms. The balance of a closed account may be returned subject to verification.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
The following methods are accepted for deposits on www crickex: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time
The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of approval. Processing may take longer while a verification procedure is ongoing.
3.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account is strictly prohibited. www crickex only processes withdrawals to a payment account registered in the user's own name. www crickex reserves the right to carry out additional verification or place a hold on suspicious transactions.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
www crickex offers new users a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be met — meaning a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets.
4.2 Bonus Usage Terms
Some important conditions regarding bonuses are listed below:
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which will be stated in the offer details.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings derived from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Claiming more than one bonus from the same person, household, or device is prohibited.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
4.3 VIP Program
The www crickex VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users can move up to a higher tier based on regular betting activity. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver, and up to 0.8% for Gold. This cashback is calculated on the total net loss for that week.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation Policy
www crickex reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If a bet or round needs to be cancelled due to a technical error, incorrect odds display, or match circumstances, the stake for that bet will be returned to the user's account.
5.2 Sports Betting
For sports betting, the result of a match is determined in accordance with the announcement of the relevant international sports authority. If a match is abandoned or suspended mid-way, that bet will be settled according to the rules set by www crickex, which will be published on the platform.
5.3 Casino Games
The results of all casino products, including live casino and slot games, are impartial and controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealers. In the event of any incident caused by a technical error on the part of the game provider, www crickex will settle the matter in accordance with the game provider's rules.
5.4 Match Fixing and Dishonest Conduct
Any account found to be connected with match fixing, collusion, bot usage, or any other form of dishonest activity will be permanently closed immediately. Any winnings obtained through such activity will be voided.
Responsible Gaming Policy
6.1 Limit-Setting Tools

6.2 Self-Exclusion
If you feel that your gambling habits are becoming difficult to control, you can contact us via live chat or email to begin the self-exclusion process. Once self-exclusion takes effect, the account will be locked for the specified period and no bonuses will apply during that time.
6.3 Protection of Minors

The www crickex Android and iOS apps are available through official channels. The user bears responsibility for any security risk arising from using an app downloaded from an unofficial source.
8.3 Technical Errors
www crickex reserves the right to void any bet or win that is displayed as a result of a display error, incorrect odds or amount, or any other technical fault. This policy does not apply where the error is a user's own misreading or where correct information has been displayed.
Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Limitation of Liability
www crickex is liable only for losses directly connected to the platform. No liability will be accepted for any loss arising from the user's own actions, use of third-party technology, or personal decisions. Betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk — only wager what you can afford to lose.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises over a bet or transaction, please first contact the www crickex support centre via live chat or email. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

Miscellaneous Terms
10.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, that provision will be set aside and the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
10.2 Assignment of Rights
A user may not transfer any of their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. www crickex may transfer any of its rights at its reasonable discretion, provided this does not affect the user's rights.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the specific terms of the various services together form the entire agreement between www crickex and the user. No oral or unwritten promises made outside this document are binding.
